Green Hill Therapy is pleased to annouce that we are now an approved provider of services for Passport Health Plan. Green Hill can now see children who have Passport insurance for occupational therapy or physical therapy. Passport Health Plan serves approximately 150,000 members in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
