Clinical Manager

Becky Hall
Becky brings 30+ years of experience in the field of Pediatric Physical Therapy. Throughout her career, she has worked for Audubon Hospital, Jefferson County Public Schools, University of Louisville Hospital, Caretenders, Kids Are Us and Green Hill Therapy. She also managed her own business, serving children in the First Steps program.

Becky was raised in a small, country town in southern Indiana, and she enjoys the outdoors, animals and children. She is a natural fit for Green Hill because of her love of working with special needs children and her passion for horses.


Physical Therapists

Nikki Williams
Nikki Williams has been with Green Hill Therapy since 2006. A physical therapist since 1999, Nikki will graduate from the University of Kentucky with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2009. She has completed Level 1 training in Equine Skills and Hippotherapy Treatment Principles as presented by the American Hippotherapy Association. Nikki is active in the PT professional organizations at both the state and national levels and attends continuing education courses 1-2 times per year covering a variety of physical therapy subject matter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and hiking.

Occupational Therapists

Katie Mattingly
Katie graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2005, and joined the Green Hill Therapy team full time in 2007. Previously, Katie gained experience working with children as an OT at ABC Pediatric Therapy Network—an outpatient clinic in West Chester, OH. Katie has completed level 1 training in Equine Skills and Hippotherapy Treatment Principles. Other continuing education credits include Vestibular Habilation from the Core incorporating the Sound Activated Visual-Vestibular Protocol and Therapeutic Listening.

Kristin Governo
Kristin grew up on a horse farm and has been competing in horse shows since she was very young. Kristin graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in August 2008 with a Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy. She completed her level II fieldwork with JCPS and Baptist Hospital East in 2008. Her previous experience as an occupational therapist includes Baptist Hospital East since 2009. She joined Green Hill therapy in July 2010 and will be working with First Steps part-time as well.

Jane Harper
Jane Harper has been a practicing OT for 22 years, including 14 years in pediatrics. She joined Green Hill Therapy part-time in 2007 and continues early intervention treatment as an independent First Steps provider. Before coming to Green Hill, she worked with children at Enabling Technologies of Kentuckiana (EnTECH at Spalding University) and at the Visiting Nurses Association. Jane’s continuing education includes pediatric NDT, kinesiotaping, assistive technology, and sensory integration. She is certified in Therapeutic Listening and Level 1 Hippotherapy. In addition to hippotherapy, Jane is currently using aquatic therapy to treat clients with physical and sensory disabilities and completed the Aquatic Therapy and Rehabilitation Institute’s Pediatric Certification Course in May 2009.

Kristy Holland
Kristy graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2004. She gained pediatric experience through First Steps of Kentucky and Children’s Therapy Center. Kristy joined the Green Hill Therapy team in January of 2008. She has completed level 1 training in Equine Skills and Hippotherapy Treatment Principles. She also completed additional training with experience in Floortime, Kinesio Taping and Sensory Integration. Kristy received certifications in Sensory Integration and Praxis Testing (SIPT) and Deep Physical Agent Modalities for the Therapist.

Speech Therapists

Courtney Edwards
Courtney graduated with a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from George Washington University in 2007.  She has worked as a pediatric speech therapist since finishing school, at Vanderbilt University Hospital, and most recently in the Kentucky First Steps program.  Courtney has completed continuing education courses in Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Feeding Disorders, and has been trained in PROMPT.  She has also worked extensively with children using augmentative/alternative communication, including speech generating devices.
